This image has a few elements I love that really make it great. 1 - the light. Without the middle of the image being lit up (the sidewalk, the car hood and rood, the path behind the person), this shot would have been much less interesting, so kudos for that. 2 - the person, just as a simple feature adds life to the entire thing. 3 - the linear simplicity and corresponding elements such as the closest walkway to the car, followed by the sidrwalk, followed by that path, which is encased in those attractive buildings. This is thanks to the simple angle.
Some things I don't think added value to the shot. 1 - the car coming into the scene from left. 2 - the snow, even though it helped forge the walkway, it's messy and distracting.
I love the shot overall, but with maybe a timing change, and perhaps even taken in panorama, could be even greater.

That car from the left, I know, it wasn't planned...
But it was the best timing for the person.
